年年遭遇賤價滯銷、老農苦不堪言,一籌莫展之際,小學四年級的她創新奇想,率先成立產銷平台,四處探訪果園,解決重重難題,至今幫數十戶柚農產銷百多萬斤。協助農業E化轉型知識管理、製作鄉土教材啟發學生關懷農業,開創農業網銷先例,可作為農業發展範模。

Taiwan agricultural products internet marketing platform─Shen Hsin-Ling grew up in Yunlin County since her childhood, and her ancestors are all tenant-farmers from every generation, she had experienced how the low price of fruit kept farmers in poverty, therefore she established this fruit selling website for the farmers, and it was a great success that had helped dozens of farmers selling more than 130 kilograms fruit and making local teaching materials, creating a precedent for e-Agriculture.

Anan Free Education Website─Compile more than 100 thousand of multivariate learning materials for junior high and elementary school students, enrich digital media videos data pool in subjects like Chinese, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Humanities, History and Geography, and more than 30 thousands e-testing papers, establishing this famous platform in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan had helped more than 6 million students in their studying, and the pages are viewed more than 130 million times on the internet.

臺灣百年歷史洪流,社會底層總被漠視,她有志保存庶民歷史,深入體察斯土斯民,遍訪台澎金馬蘭綠,至今累積28萬公里車程,拍攝近三十萬幀影像歷史、數十萬字田調和口述歷史,架設數位典藏資料庫,創下3,000萬次點閱率,屢獲奧運等世界各地展出,將草根精神邁向國際。

雲林縣是台灣貧窮縣市之一,城鄉差距嚴重,每逢暑期常有學生誤入歧途,當時免費課輔風氣未起、眾人毫不看好,她克服層層難關,甚至放棄世界電腦金牌的機會,終於教導偏鄉75位清寒學子,從自卑到自信,並紀錄成冊推廣全國,維護公平受教權,敦促政府落實弱勢教育政策。

Sunshine Generation Free Classroom─Free English Teaching Free tutoring after school was not popular in earlier times, the tuition of summer time cram school had become so many parents’ burden, summer school therefore generated and had taught 75 students whose families couldn’t afford the tuition of cram school, and it had been documented into books and its impact was nationwide, opened up a new page for free teaching custom in Taiwan.

年復一年的果賤傷農,她不畏壓力,義無反顧投書,國中女生對槓政府成為全國關注數月的焦點,她又發起「全民吃柳丁」運動,終於促成政府制定九五機制,回穩價格,此機制協助日後滯銷的高麗菜、香蕉、柿子等各項農產,保障農民生計甚多。

The Orange Campaign ─Speak for orange farmers and impel the government to found an emergency measure for agricultural products: “95% mechanism.” The website was established when the price of one orange was lower than 1 dollar, and launched “The Orange Campaign” for the farmers, impelled the government to found an mechanism that the products would be directly purchased when the price was lower than 95% of its costs, and the price in the market was stabilized 3 times than original situation, this mechanism was then applied to unmarketable cabbages, bananas and persimmons to protect farmers’ rights and interests.

Formosa Creation and Art Exhibition of Teenagers─ This exhibition had been held twice and had founded 112 teenagers for their creation and in Cultural Center Exhibition Hall, building up confidence of so many teenagers who were from financially disadvantaged families. And suggested the government to found “Teenagers’ creation month” and to establish international creation platform, promoting creation in Taiwan could be seen worldwide.

早期原鄉數位落差甚鉅,儘管學校有電腦設備,卻常因師資不足而成為空殼,”英文”更成為學童畏懼的科目。此活動發揮創意巧思,拋磚引玉1,600多台電子辭典贈數十個原住民部落,是許多學童第一台科技應用良伴,寓教於樂,免除恐懼,重拾多元學習的自信和樂趣。

台灣素有「近視王國」之稱,教育部統計小學生近視比例高達七成,許多學生因經濟弱勢、難以啟齒而錯過黃金矯正期,導致自卑及學習落後的惡性循環,此活動提供弱勢生免費驗光、矯正與配鏡,以及舉辦宣導講習營,改善學生視力與學習品質,敦請政府實施弱勢配鏡政策。

A Brand New World─Free glasses for the needy Taiwan, as a kingdom of myopia, there are so many kids who come from families which can’t afford the glasses therefore learning gap between city and countryside is generated, free glasses, optometry and adjustment for kids raised by grandparents, single parents or foreign parents, suggest government to subsidy those kids who need glasses but cannot afford, many people respond to this proposal.

台灣原住民采風錄

原住民文化淵源流長,卻因時代變遷面臨消逝的危境,親訪田調蘭嶼達悟族飛魚祭、台東布農族打耳祭、宜蘭泰雅族豐年祭、屏東排灣族豐年祭、花蓮阿美族海祭、西拉雅族太祖夜祭、苗栗泰雅族豐年祭、阿里山鄒族戰祭等十四族山海部落,並記錄萬禎影像與口述歷史,參與保存原鄉文化資產。

Naluwan Ancestral Spirits─ Record of Taiwan Aboriginals Within 12 years, visiting 14 tribes in Taiwan for more than 100 times, which includes Tao’s Flying Fish Festival in Lanyu, Bunun’s Ear Festival in Taitung, Atayal’s Harvest Festival in Ilan, Paiwan’s Harvest Festival in Pingtung, Amis’s Sea Festival in Hualien, Siraya’s Dynasty Night Festival, Atayal’s Harvest Festival in Miaoli and Tsou’s War Festival in Alishan, to record more than 10 thousands of photographs and dictated histories, and make digital learning materials to pass the aboriginal cultures on though generations.

Knowledge Project HOPE 1132 Schools in Remote Countries Life Education Lecture Tour   1,132,statistically is the number of schools in remote countries, in real life it means where the kids who expect to accept education are. 半工半讀,獨力支出,未接受任何捐款及贊助。經費來源:企業演講、獲獎獎金、電子商務、企業智庫、傳記寫作、人文攝影、網站設計及獎學金,約支出800多萬元,不足款委請母親暫墊。
   Studies and takes part-time jobs at the same time to indecently support all the projects, she did not receive any contributions. Sources of funding: Speech/endorsement, writing biography, taking photographs, establishing websites and scholarship, so far 8 million has spent, inadequate part was temporarily aided by her mother.
