單元活動設計(一)

一.單元教學目標:
 
教會學生能區分He ,She 或It 當主詞時,其疑問句首Does....?之句型.
 
二.單元活動設計內容如下:
 
1.遊戲規則:
 
先讓學生聽完錄音帶之後,馬上進行分組(事先已找好同伴)對話比賽,即所謂的( pair work)
 
2.遊戲方法:
 
先由教師點組上台表演,若表現不佳或不熟者回座位再練習,
亦可自由舉手快速上台,教師當場評分。
 
3.評量依據:
 
a)Pronunciation 與 Intonation 佔40%
b)肢體語言(TPR)與臉部表情(facial expression)佔30%
c)流利與否佔20%
d)台風 10%
 
                由於時間有限,課堂上只能示範兩、三組同學,
 
                其餘未把握機會者利用下課時間至辦公室教師座位前對話,亦馬上評分,
 
                學生充分獲得成就感,信心十足,效果極佳。
 
                此活動設計兼具對話訓練與英語話劇表演雙重意義,
 
                對提升英語聽說能力幫助很大。

單元活動設計(二)

單元活動設計內容如下:
 
遊戲規則:
 
利用圖片(剪報),教師實施全英語教學( No Chinese )亦即施以 Classroom English 訓練。
 
(教師與學生相互英語交流)
 
步驟一:先行塑造 Warm up 如唱簡單的英語歌曲、玩簡單的英語遊戲,
              
                結合本課所教的內容(Does.......?之句型),吸引學生回到英語的世界來。
 
步驟二:方法:教師藉著圖片問同學,進行 guessing game ,學生立即搶答,
               
                然後接力賽輪番問答練習,未能立即問答者罰演自我對話(一人飾兩角)
 
例:
A1:What sports do you like ?
 
A2:I like baseball ,And you ?
A1:I like basketball ,Does your father like sports , too ?
 
A2:Yes ,he does ,but my mother doesn't.
 
A1:Does she like animals ?
 
A2:No ,she doesn't. She likes to play a piano.
 
                    此種遊戲比賽,學生反應熱烈,不但本課重點反覆練習之外更能彼此對答如流,
 
                    不再視〞聽說〞為畏途。

S5:I don't know. Do you like animals , Miss Hsieh ?
 
T:Yes , I like animals , too . They are cute.
 
What does your sister like to do , Jack ?
 
Jack:She likes to read comic books, but she doesn't like animals.
 
Can your brother play computers?
 
S6:No , he can't , but he can play a piano.
 
T:Very good.
